this is my first time to deal with the company, and they went above an beyond to bring my vision to life. Sarah whom I dealt with was very patient with me with all my redesign requests. and the pricing team gave me all the pricing alternatives I asked for. they kept me in the loop with the production process step by step. they created mockups first to show me the boxes in cases I needed any changes. and then when the boxes production was done they sent me pictures before assembly. and videos on how to assemble the boxes once the arrive. they also packed the boxes very well, I was impressed by all the padding so the boxes would arrive in perfect shape. thank you so much, I love the quality of the boxes, the look and feel of the boxes.
